Terms & Conditions
These terms describe your use of MOOX, a service operated by DFF TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. By using MOOX, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and use
Provide accurate information when creating or using an account, protect your login credentials, and use MOOX lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse account access, impersonate others, abuse messaging or upload content you lack permission to use. Features may change or become unavailable; applicable law may give you rights that these terms do not limit.
Your content and other people
You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant MOOX the permissions needed to host, process and display that content as part of the features you use. Respect the privacy and rights of other users. MOOX may restrict content or access when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
SMS / Verification Messages
When you voluntarily enter your phone number in MOOX and select Send code, you request and consent to receive a transactional SMS containing a one-time verification code for phone verification or authentication. MOOX does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotions. Message frequency varies based on your verification requests. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
For help with a MOOX verification message, reply HELP to the sending toll-free number or use the contact form on getmoox.com; never send your verification code through that form. You can reply STOP to the sending toll-free number to stop messages from that number. Stopping messages may prevent you from completing phone verification or signing in by phone until you use an available alternative. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and contact
We work to operate MOOX reliably, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To contact DFF TECHNOLOGIES, LLC about these terms, use the contact form on getmoox.com.
